After 20 years, he made an exit and joined the corporate world as a Sales Director for a $3 billion/yr organization. There, he executed a complete turnaround of their Metro NY division, taking them from last to first in the company in under 3 years!
Warren's successful track record of turning around businesses continued when he was recruited as the CEO of a 100-year-old struggling bread manufacturer in New York that was facing almost certain closure. Warren helped save the company and eventually assembled an investment group to purchase the beloved brand, keeping it alive in Upstate NY.
